15 years of milestones

2008

Stephen Hays founded Alleyoop (then Inside Sales Team), becoming a pioneer in Sales Development as a Service. The culmination of his vast experience sales education was an ideal starting point for a widely successful launch in our first year.

2010

Through extensive collaboration and partnerships, we advanced our offering to our clients by introducing human-verified data and high-quality outreach technology in conjunction with our traditional cold calling strategies, becoming an industry leader.

2012

After a successful beginning, we moved into our 5th year by focusing on diversifying our client programs. With the stage being set we launched Nurture and Nurture Pro, offering clients comprehensive CRM dashboards, detailed analytical reporting, and sales team management.

2014

When evaluating the marketplace, we saw a significant spike in event attendance, importance, and demand. Therefore, we launched Event Go to assist our clients in supporting their in-person events. This offering became one of our fastest growing programs.

2018

With all of the successful programs launched to date, we were more than just an Inside Sales Team. Our realization of being “The Ultimate Assist” inspired our new name and brand as Alleyoop. Additionally, our operations went fully remote to support our global presence.

2020

As the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic destabilized the in-person events space, we pivoted quickly like we always do. We launched the Event Go Virtual program to continue to provide the ultimate assist for our clients in driving record attendance to their virtual events.

2021

We entered into a long term partnership with Ready Hire. Their ability to source, train, and certify best in class SDRs from around the world, allowed for us to expand our team at scale and fulfill the high-demand of our global clients. This partnership exceeded all expectations.

2022

In a turbulent year in the technology space, we responded with innovation. We launched a first of its kind Plug & Play program for Sales Development and Customer Service, both of which grew exponentially and quickly became our flagship programs.

2023

Gabe Lullo, our newly appointed CEO, brings vast expertise in sales development, marketing, recruiting, operations, and management. His proven tenure and alignment with the company make him the perfect leader to steer Alleyoop into its next successful chapter.
