Steve founded Alleyoop and led it as CEO for 13 years, building it into one of the world's largest business-development firms before handing the chief-executive seat to Gabe in 2023. Steve currently serves in a senior leadership position with ZoomInfo as EVP of AI Partnerships & Alliances.

Appointed CEO in 2023, Gabe has spent his career turning outbound into something engineered, building the talent, technology, and process that put qualified meetings on the calendars of the world's most iconic brands. He's as comfortable in the data as he is on the phones, and his mandate for the team is simple: do hard things.
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Nicole runs the engine room, the delivery, people, and operating rhythm that turn Alleyoop's promises into meetings that actually happen. From the programs we launch to the teams that run them, she's the operational backbone that keeps quality high as the company scales.
Vice President of Technology
As VP of Technology, Javier leads the systems behind Alleyoop's programs, the data, dialers, and automation that let the team run at scale. His mandate: make sure AI is maximized and people are empowered, striking the right balance between technology and talent so every campaign performs at its peak.
