Marielys found Alleyoop started as an SDR, but thanks to involved managers and coworkers, she was quickly promoted to Sales Enablement Manager, and within a few months, she was promoted again to Head of Training and Curriculum with Ready Hire.
Outside of work, Marielys's life is beautifully chaotic as a mom of two teenagers and four dogs. She enjoys baking and cooking. Her hobbies include traveling with her kids and watching Disney, DC, and Marvel movies.



Marielys has always enjoyed assisting others, which is why her first job was in sales and customer service when she was 16 years old. After getting married and becoming a mom, she made the decision to change careers and became a middle and high school math teacher. Twice she was named teacher of the year and she truly enjoyed both her job and her students. After the pandemic hit, she felt the need to return to her first love, sales.

Caroline has been in leadership for over 20 years, consistently demonstrating a passion for strategy, teamwork, and creativity. Her customer-based background in banking has given her insight into what processes, compliance, and business structure looks like in large corporations. Transitioning to (what was then Inside Sales Team) Alleyoop has given her the skills to accelerate many start-ups exceeding their sales goals. In her current role as Head of Sales Enablement, Caroline leads the operational side of the business. Not afraid to get her hands dirty – she can be found analyzing data, content, and technologies to keep the team moving upward. Caroline is based in Buffalo but enjoys visiting her Alleyoop family in Puerto Rico.

Becca Fields-Poniskaitis has an incredibly varied background in marketing. Starting out as a temp in a well-known market research company, moving to cinema advertising, then to a small social media and video agency, all before finding her way into SaaS. Throughout the years and in different roles, Becca has developed a wide range of marketing skills that have allowed her to excel in situations where she needs to be a team of one. Now at Alleyoop, she uses that varied experience and breadth of skills to build and develop a world-class, in-house marketing team.

Javier Gonzalez is a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with more than 10 years of experience in the tech industry. With a passion for technology and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations, Javier has established himself as a trusted and reliable developer with a strong track record of success.
Throughout his career, Javier has demonstrated his ability to take on complex projects and deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. He has a deep understanding of the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. His technical expertise includes a wide range of technologies and platforms, including JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, React, Python, and SQL.
In addition to his professional work, Javier is also a dedicated dog lover and enjoys spending his spare time prototyping and creating new things. He is a natural problem solver who thrives on exploring new ideas and finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Nicholas is originally from Houston, Texas but now calls sunny San Juan, Puerto Rico, home. In the last 20 years, he has accumulated sales and business management experience in oil and gas, real estate, hotel and leisure, medical, and B2B SaaS. Nicholas always strives for excellence in development and growth of clients and the company. He is hyper-focused on providing advanced training and development to his team of SDRs and CSRs. He uses a hands-on approach to implement strong practices and techniques to help his team meet their professional and personal goals.





Cynthia Valerio leads our talent function and also assists our executives: Gabe Lullo, our CBO, and Steve Hays, our CEO. She is passionate about being part of a team that creates highly qualified Sales Development Representatives inside a fast-growing company. Cynthia’s professional relationship with the company began in 2021 when Alleyoop was a team of 50 employees. Her contributions allowed the company to grow to a team of 100 employees and set a goal of tripling in 2022.
