Stephen Hays

Founder

Intentional, deliberate creator who enjoys having his hands in the clay. Always working to combine actual intelligence with artificial intelligence for real-world innovation that creates jobs instead of eliminates jobs. Better in a duet than a solo. Privileged and proud to work with so many great customers around the world.

Gabriel Lullo

Chief Executive Officer

Gabe’s expertise in sales, marketing, recruiting, and management began when he started his own business after graduation from the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford. He owned and operated his own sales, training, and marketing firm for more than a decade. He excelled in training sales and marketing professionals, and additionally, Gabe has had a successful career in executive recruiting. He has been instrumental in expanding the company's search and placement for IT, Software Development, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive leaders. Gabe's most recent success has been with us here at Alleyoop. For many years he has been working to build and grow the company by focusing on our culture, environment, customer success, and sales.

Nicole Wasilnak

VP of Growth

Nicole Wasilnak has spent her entire career in sales & marketing. She started off her sales career as a Clinical Account Executive selling medical devices in Rochester, NY. Here she gained the sales experience and knowledge she needed to transition into her next sales role as an Account Manager for a fast growing SaaS company in the medical transportation industry. Throughout her time in this role, she excelled and was the top sales manager becoming the team lead for the entire sales team. She was training new sales executives, forecasting growth initiatives and building out strategic onboarding plans. This experience helped her transition into the Head of New Business here at Alleyoop. Now at Alleyoop, she is using her sales and management experience to drive new business and lead the enterprise sales teams.

Bret Longwell

Director of Client Programs

Bret Longwell has been in sales for over 10 years and has a strong background in customer service. He started in retail and decided to make a change to car sales after three years in an effort to grow his career. After selling cars for three years Bret decided to try his hand at Sales Development and applied to work at Alleyoop. As he learned the role at Alleyoop he fell in love. Working in SaaS has allowed Bret to personally grow, and develop his career to new heights. He was able to find success early on and was promoted to Team Lead and then Head of Client Delivery by hitting his numbers monthly and being willing to learn from his failures throughout the process. This process of failures and successes has shaped Bret into the leader he is today.

Becca Fields-Poniskaitis

Director of Marketing

Becca Fields-Poniskaitis has an incredibly varied background in marketing. Starting out as a temp in a well-known market research company, moving to cinema advertising, then to a small social media and video agency all before finding her way into SaaS. Throughout the years and in different roles, Becca has developed a wide range of marketing skills that have allowed her to excel in situations where she needs to be a team of one. Now at Alleyoop, she is using that varied experience and breadth of skills to build and develop a world-class, in-house marketing team.

Javier Gonzalez

Javier Gonzalez is a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with more than 10 years of experience in the tech industry. With a passion for technology and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations, Javier has established himself as a trusted and reliable developer with a strong track record of success.

Throughout his career, Javier has demonstrated his ability to take on complex projects and deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. He has a deep understanding of the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. His technical expertise includes a wide range of technologies and platforms, including JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, React, Python, and SQL.

In addition to his professional work, Javier is also a dedicated dog lover and enjoys spending his spare time prototyping and creating new things. He is a natural problem solver who thrives on exploring new ideas and finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Marielys Rosado

Director of Education and Admissions

Marielys has always enjoyed assisting others, which is why her first job was in sales and customer service when she was 16 years old. After getting married and becoming a mom, she made the decision to change careers and became a middle and high school math teacher. Twice she was named teacher of the year and she truly enjoyed both her job and her students. After the pandemic hit, she felt the need to return to her first love, sales.

Marielys found Alleyoop started as an SDR, but thanks to involved managers and coworkers, she was quickly promoted to Sales Enablement Manager, and within a few months, she was promoted again to Head of Training and Curriculum with Ready Hire.

Outside of work, Marielys's life is beautifully chaotic as a mom of two teenagers and four dogs. She enjoys baking and cooking. Her hobbies include traveling with her kids and watching Disney, DC, and Marvel movies.

Caroline Crouse

Director of Client Success

Caroline has been in leadership for over 20 years consistently demonstrating a passion for strategy, teamwork, and creativity. Her customer-based background in banking has given her insight to what processes, compliance, and business structure looks like in large corporations. Transitioning to (what was then Inside Sales Team) Alleyoop has given her the skills to accelerate many start-ups in exceeding their sales goals. In her current role as Head of Sales Enablement, Caroline leads the operational side of the business. Not afraid to get her hands dirty - she can be found analyzing data, content, and technologies to keep the team moving upward. Caroline is based in Buffalo but enjoys visiting her Alleyoop family in Puerto Rico.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Sally joined us here at Alleyoop when she relocated to Puerto Rico. Her former position as the controller of a private golf and country club gave her confidence to enter the world of sales. Her background in accounting enables her to think methodically and this is what fuels her data driven approach. Constantly striving to to perform, her family is her greatest motivator.

Edwin Rivera

Team Captain

From a young age, Edwin’s parents ran a family business where he grew up and quickly learned how to engage with people and be an effective salesperson. Over the years since, Edwin has worked in many different fields ranging from the Food Service industry, where he worked as a Sous Chef for 8 years, to exporting and logistics, where he learned the ins and outs of laws and governmental policies. When he graduated college, Edwin used his varied experiences to open his own business before he found his way to us here at Alleyoop.

Jose Ojeda

Jose Ojeda came to Alleyoop from a rather mixed professional background. He worked in construction and even as a firefighter for a few years before finding his way into sales. Though Jose was exposed to sales at a young age through his father, he didn’t dip his toe into the role for himself until he began in a role with IBO in California. From there, Jose made his way to us here at Alleyoop. Since joining us, he has had a chance to really dive into the world of sales development.
