What makes a company a bad fit for outbound?

Red flags include zero new customers in the last 90 days (usually a sign of an offer or product problem outbound won't fix), expecting results at scale in 30 days, only accepting ready-to-buy BANT meetings, a market under about 2,000 companies, or a buyer like a Fortune 500 CISO who is very hard to reach. None mean never, they mean fix this first.
